영어능통자 우대 우리 회사를 한 줄로 표현해주세요 거슨러먼그룹코리아(유) [GLG] 비서총무 Executive Assistant and Office Services 우리 회사에 대해 4줄 이내로 소개해주세요 모집부문 및 자격요건 모집부문 담당업무 자격요건 인원 Executive Assistant and Office Services [담당업무]· Provide a broad range of administrative support to Head of North APAC, including, calendar management, liaise with managements / leaders or their EAs in different regions to schedule internal/external meetings/calls/VCs covering multiple time zones, expenses reimbursements, prepare meeting materials, arrange gifts/hampers for clients/prospects etc.· Coordinate with different external parties (such as clients, prospects, headhunters, candidates etc.) to set up meetings, calls, VCs etc. and prepare meeting materials· Arrange business travels including, domestic and international flights covering multiple destinations, hotel bookings, visas applications, local transportation etc.· Handle Head of North APAC’s personal matters including family travels, flight upgrade or redemption tickets bookings, visa application for family members, medical reimbursement, arrange gifts/hampers for friends etc.· Provide administration supports to other senior managers when necessary, such as schedule internal/external meetings, expense reimbursements etc.· Handle works with high confidentiality· Consolidate data and prepare monthly reports· Provide a wide range of supports on office administrations and facilities managements· Pick up office main line and direct to appropriate staff, handle courier and distribute letters/courier to staff, meet & greet guests/candidates.· Ordering office supplies (F&B, stationary etc.), manage/review office budget report regularly and ensure all expenses are within budget· liaise with building management for building emergency arrangements, repair & maintenance, fire drill etc.· Handle staff onboarding/termination process. New hire onboarding process - work with IT to set up laptop or other IT equipment for new hires, arrange building/office access cards, arrange locker and seating with line mangers. Staff termination process - collect/terminate office/building access cards, collect laptop or other IT equipment and inform IT, clean up desk/lockers· Act as local support to assist IT team for different situation and emergency (i.e., server / UPS / network down)· Submit invoices to Account Payable for payment and ensure Account Payable to make payment in a timely manner· Liaise with HR/Legal to renew company insurance, license, business registration annually· Provide logistic supports to internal activities, such as Global/APAC Townhall, overseas executives visits, offsites, internal trainings etc.· Arrange/assist office events, such as summer/Christmas party, new joiner lunches/drinks, farewell lunches/drinks and ensure all expenses are within budget· Ensure office is clean &a
