Role purpose:
The Talent Sourcer colleague will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout Europe to understand upcoming recruitment needs, then take the lead on sourcing, screening and presenting suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Attend Recruitment Planning Meetings ensuring a detailed understanding of the Hiring Manager’s needs, providing market insights where possible
- Creatively source and attract passive candidates through a variety of tools
- Build a pipeline of candidates in the system by encouraging creation of Talent Profiles
- Act as LinkedIn Recruiter seat holder, providing the team support on market insights
- Screen candidates against required skills and company identified competencies via a range of methods i.e application questions, phone interviews and Cammio Video
- Manage stakeholder expectations through timely communication to Hiring Managers and Candidates
- Provide final shortlist of candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers in a timely manner and schedule interviews accordingly
- Support Hiring Managers with external consultant recruitment
- Provide guidance and assistance where needed to other recruiters in the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HR
- Min. 1 year sourcing experience within a large corporate environment or within an agency
- Fluent English communication skills, verbal and written
- German or Italian communication skills, verbal and written is an advantage
- Creative approach to sourcing using a range of techniques- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Understanding of the importance of the candidate experience and communication required to attract and engage talent
- Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity
- Results orientated approach and experience within a fast-paced environment
