DUTIES
The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- You will work in a customer facing role, as part of a team.
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- You will operate the cash till.
- Uphold store merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- You will engage closely with customers to address any queries they may have via WhatsApp or Calls.
- Deal with products’ deliveries and shipments. Would require once or twice heavy lifting in a day from the delivery vehicle to the store.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years experience in sales and customer service or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be physically fit.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Great in time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Problem solver and has attention to details
- Has a positive, smiling and friendly demeanor.
