We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, confident Supervisor to join our team @Restaurant 14A.
Primary responsibilities:
As Supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
Greet and serve customers.
Promote teamwork and a great customer experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitising of the restaurant.
Train and coach team members in implementing best customer care practices.
Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food and beverages are served and exceptional customer service is always maintained.
Resolve any customer issues or complaints which arise during shifts.
Deal with telephone queries and reservations.
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen to ensure restaurant quality standards are maintained.
Restaurant opening and closing.
