What is Expert Process Improvement?
Expert Process Improvement supports the Unit Head in assessing current processes and identifying potential areas of improvement to recommend ways to revamp the processes based on customer experience. The incumbent will be involved in the research, design, and process development to optimize the customer journeys by collecting data to analyze and uncover areas for improvements and innovation. Individual will be involved in the documentation of current processes and define target business process models.

What does a Business Process Improvement Unit do?
Key responsibilities
- Quickly understand the business environment and processes.
- Analyze & optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency & reduce process-related cost as well as good customer experience
- Support analysis and design of new processes
- Focus on efficient workflow in the business operations functions & achieve full digitalization
- Identify exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
- Data analysis to deep-dive and discover process improvement opportunities
- Strive to make a business's processes easier, faster, better quality, and more customers centric.
- Support CX and regional teams for projects deliveries impacting processes or customer experience
Key Deliverables
- Development, improvement, and management of processes and policies
- A collaborative effort will result in process simplification which will lead toward the transformation journey at Jazz Business while providing high level customer experience
- Automation and digitalization of customer journeys and customer processes
- Ensuring the compliance of the processes
Requirements
- Graduate/Master's from a recognized institute with 3+ years of relevant experience in planning and executing process improvement-related projects in complex environments.
- Telecom & Fixed Processes Design/Management.
- Preference will be given to the incumbents with certification
- Six Sigma OR Kaizen certified
- Design Thinking
- Analytical & Presentation Skills
- Microsoft Office and Visio
