- Call Analyzer & Transcribers are responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.

- Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.
- Take up the responsibility for the assigned task.
- Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers.
- Reporting back to Supervisors daily.
- Ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
