Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer SOP’s
  • Maintain regular lists of customer contacts documenting calls made both over phone and in person, assessing potential, following leads, addressing service concerns, and gathering feedback maintain and improving service schedules.
  • Follow up on complaints till complete and satisfactory resolution
  • Ensuring that our customers are aware of our entire range of services
  • Ensure arrival notice are sent to customers on time and regular follow up until DO & BL exchange released
  • Assisting department managers in executing customer initiative and achieving departmental goals

Additional duties and responsibilities

  • Managing customer files.
  • Ensuring that all services provided to customer is complaint with applicable rules and company policies

Qualifications

  • Graduate

Experience – Minimum 2 years in a customer services role with a reputed medium sized forwarder

Knowledge

  • Must have general forwarding and logistics knowledge – Air and Sea freight
  • Good graphs of world geography, industry best practices with regards to customer service

Skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team collaboration
  • Time Management
