  • Candidate must know multiple languages: Hindi, English and preferably Arabic.
  • A Valid UAE Driving License is preferable
  • Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Organizing events to increase staff motivation and engagement.
  • Analyzing data to calculate the cost-benefit ratio.
  • Locating problems in the company’s supply chain through quality control checks.
  • Establishing and monitoring employee schedules.
  • Creating programs for employees professional development.
  • Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
  • Monitoring the overall budget of the business as well as departmental budgets.
  • Establishing corporate guidelines and carrying out frequent changes while ignoring workflow and procedure.
  • Resolving disputes between departments about resources.
  • Examining the company’s resource management and looking for ways to boost employee productivity.
  • Monitoring on-site projects and field operations.
  • Resolving inventory management concerns.
  • Constructing logistics-enhancing solutions.
  • Providing operational support and guidance to staffs.
  • Assisting in developing operating and capital budgets.
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses according to allotted budget.
  • Assisting in interviewing, recruiting and training candidates.
  • Conducting performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
  • Maintaining accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
  • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
  • Conducting regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates etc.
  • Supporting operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance.
  • Planning and overseeing the work of Buyers and Purchasing Agents.
  • Establishing guidelines on how often the company gets price quotes for items, the number of bids to accept and which vendors to consider.
  • Buying goods and services for the company. Discussing contracts.
  • Evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support and availability of goods and services.
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
  • Using Softwares to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
  • Placing orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Analyzing data to anticipate future needs.
  • Evaluating suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
  • Collaborating with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
  • Reporting to upper management on sales, staff's performance, stock levels, issues etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
