HR Officer [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities: - Overseeing and monitor the employee's attendance records, claims, leave records and OT payment. - Provide support and counselling relating to employee grievances, counselling support and responsible for disciplinary procedures. - Coordinate and arrange internal and external training sessions. - Responsible to manage recruitment procedure, including coordination of interview, pre-employment testing, interview application form and candidate interview arrangement with respective department. - To organise and conduct induction session for new employees. - Create new personnel file for all new staff as per the standard filing procedure. - Responsible for coordinating with the manpower supply contractors to ensure manpower arrangement are adequate to support daily operation schedule. - Liase and coordinate closely with contractors and warehouse teams to solve any manpower issues arise. - Ad hoc duties assigned, any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time. Requirements: - Candidate must possess either a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Management or Business Studies. - At least 2 years of working experience in HR especially in the service line environment. - Good interpersonal skills and is able to interact with all levels of staff in the Company. - Flexible and able to work in a high paced working environment. - Experience in managing & administrating foreign workers preferred.
Main activities : General Warehousing and Storage To Provide Logistic, Transport, Forwarding Services And Warehousing Facilities For The Storage And Distribution Of Raw Materials And Finished Products.
