Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English to communicate with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory
- Technical sales skills to understand product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers
