Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Marketing the role of a Marketing Specialist is to to drive marketing performance, maintain existing market share of current customer base, and grow market position through the execution of product marketing strategies.
- You will be responsible for assisting with the creation, content and copy-writing for multi-channel marketing and communications
- Plan the marketing content calendar, review and action marketing briefs
- eDM management - planning, execution, delivery and post campaign analysis
- Social media management, including performance analysis and reporting
- Contribute to maintaining the company website
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of external media enquiries and support to the editor
The Successful Applicant
- Highly organised and professional, capable of delivering across multiple tasks with consideration of timelines, budgets and meeting stakeholder requirements
- Innately creative, well-spoken and written, and ready to innovate in digital media participation, and with a passion for self-development and growth in the space
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders in an often fast-paced and reactive environment - working well under pressure
- Able to lead planning and thinking ahead in the preparation of calendars and content for upcoming events and marketing opportunities
- Assist in the development and execution of promotions and events, competitions to engage guests and digital activation's that support events
